Marneta is the 'Queen of Creativity' and founder of Relax Kids - UK's leading expert on children's relaxation. She has spent the last 30 years bringing creativity, mindfulness and mediatation to children and young people.
Marneta is author of 20 books, including Relax Kids: How to be Happy, Pants of Peace, Be Brillant!, The Wishing Star and The Magic Box. She has trained over 6,000 coaches and 4,000 teachers in her unique 'Relax Kids' method, and also released a range of relaxation CDs.
In this workshop, Marneta will talk about the importance of teaching children to self-regualte and relax using creativity.
